WV Hive Executive Director Judy Moore recently announced the Hive’s 2020 Startup of the Year award winner – The Brain Training Center of Beckley. The Brain Training Center of Beckley, a branch of Dumas Psychology Collective, is a community mental health agency. Their main focus as a wellness program is neurofeedback, meditation, and yoga to help support an individual’s overall health, wellbeing, and brain function. Those who struggle with mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, addiction, trauma, and much more may find relief from the services The Brain Training Center of Beckley.
Dr. Kristi Dumas is the founder of The Brain Training Center and has been an amazing entrepreneur and resource in our community. She started Dumas Psychology Collective in 2018, and is committed to making Beckley and Raleigh county a better place for everyone. Along with her work in psychology, she has recently partnered with the Downtown Beckley Association to provide free headshots and webinars to women in business. She has a passion for helping others, especially providing resources to women who choose to go into business.
