REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SITE FEASIBLITY ASSESSMENT

New River Gorge Regional Development Authority is in the process of obtaining professional services necessary to complete site master planning on an approximately 90-acre tract of land located within Fayette County, WV.

The selected professionals will work closely with all project team members including the property owners, New River Gorge Regional Development Authority, City of Oak Hill, Fayette County, and Region 4 Planning & Development Council.

Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with 2 CFR 200.320 (d). Contracts are to be awarded on familiarity with and expertise on this type of project, as well as on a fixed fee basis for services. All those interested in being considered for this must submit a proposal detailing qualifications and staffing capabilities, related prior work experience, fee schedule and ability to complete work as needed on this project in a timely manner.

Contracts will be awarded to the responsible firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the project, with price and other factors considered including familiarity and expertise with this type of project.

Attention is directed to the fact that the proposed project may be undertaken through funding sources including but not limited to HUD/Community Development Block Grant, Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), the Economic Development Administration (EDA), the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WV DEP), the West Virginia Infrastructure and Jobs Development Council, and the State Revolving Loan Fund.

New River Gorge Regional Development Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. New River Gorge Regional Development Authority also reserves the right to negotiate the fee for services.
