  • Market research/demand assessment
  • Structuring of the deal and financing
  • Identify prospective project developers and business operators
  • Outreach to market finance and OZ investors
  • Learn how to leverage the OZ Program with other programs such as New Market Tax Credits and Historical Tax Credits
  • Role non-profits can play in QOZ Developments and QOZBs
