Yes! Key project milestones are listed above. Each awardee is responsible for identifying a vendor, ensuring they are onboarded into Foundant, and working with NRGRDA to get them vetted and approved prior to the start of project work.
NRGRDA will pay approved vendors directly for their work on the project, up to the total amount awarded. This is not a reimbursement-based grant to the awardee.
Once your vendor is onboarded in Foundant and their scope of work is approved, they may begin work. Vendors will invoice NRGRDA directly, and NRGRDA will handle payment processing.
Yes. All vendor work must take place between April 24 and August 29, 2025. Final vendor payments and deliverables must be submitted by September 30, 2025.
NRGRDA will support the onboarding and vetting of vendors and will oversee project progress. While we don’t manage your vendor’s day-to-day work, we are available to provide guidance and ensure compliance throughout the process.
All vendors must be onboarded through Foundant and approved by NRGRDA before beginning work. Projects must follow the scope and budget outlined in the award, and deliverables are due by September 30, 2025.
