HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT - NEW RIVER GORGE
BUILDING A BETTER FUTURE THROUGH HOUSING
In 2024 The New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA), in partnership with Bowen National Research, launched a Housing Needs Assessment to better understand housing challenges across our four-county region. With input from 67 community members, local leaders, and stakeholders, this study provides data to support Build WV Tax incentive access and address community housing needs in the New River Gorge region.
