It is directly accessed from U S Rte 19 and adjoins (paved) Maple Lane; and includes a 30 foot wide perpetual right of way and easement to and from these roads. Seven acres of open field and an adjoining 11 acres of timberland are level to gently rolling; and lay alongside and near Maple Lane. This "frontage acreage" and other parts of this property are highly visible from Rte 19. There is over 15 acres of level to gently rolling timberland and fields; laying along the western and northern boundaries of the property -a considerable distance from the highway.
