Board Member Elizabeth (and Frank) Dix Awarded Business Persons of the Year

New River Gorge Regional Development Authority (NRGRDA) Board Member Elizabeth Dix and Frank Dix of Kirkwood Winery and Isaiah Morgan Distillery were recently awarded Business Persons of the Year at the Summersville Area Chamber of Commerce’s End of Year Banquet on November 7^th! Their hard work, dedication, and determination to building a successful business is formally recognized by the local community.
