One of our biggest challenges in our quest to create Pinheads Fun Center in Oak Hill has been funding. Joe reviewed our business plan for us and his input significantly improved the finished product that we put in front of potential lenders.  Working with Joe gained us instant legitimacy in the eyes of many local financial institutions. Joe has come with us to several important meetings and his input has been very helpful.

When starting up a small business, there are hundreds (if not thousands) of issues to address, from logos, interior decorating and product marketing to building code compliance and incorporation legalities. Joe has done an amazing job helping us to fill in the “gaps” in our overall strategy and he has also helped us to accurately assess our strengths and weaknesses, and then react accordingly.

Joe’s personal commitment to our project and to small businesses in our region of West Virginia make him a unique asset for entrepreneurs like Jose and I. For us, keeping our Pinheads investment money in our local area has been a top priority. Joe has also connected us with countless high-quality local resources that we may not have found otherwise. Joe has been a great coach and cheerleader. In my experience, business startup can be difficult and scary at times. Joe helps us keep things in perspective and he’s consistently been a positive push in the right direction. I can honestly say that our Pinheads operation is better because Joe has been a part of our team, and we are eternally grateful!
